Return/Cancellation Policy

  • All sales at Purrly store are final.
  • Cat Trees that are big come in separate packages
  • Cat Wall Mounts come with wall screws, you will need local carpenter to install them, we don’t do the installation
  • We make on order and we incorporate your customizations therefore order cancellation is not possible
  • Transit time provided at the time of order placement is just an estimate and we are not liable for delays by our shipping partner. Any shipping delay will not result in any sort of order cancellation
  • We will bear the expenses for any damage incurred to your product during Shipping.
  • Purrly will reproduce your order if we verify that we made an error and were notified within 48 hour of delivery.
  • For all furniture orders it takes around 14-18 days making time. The making time might change according to festivals, material shortage. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  • Shipping delay due to shipping partner are beyond our control and we are not liable for any such delay. We will do everything from our end but customer is not entitled for any cancellation or refund due to shipping delays.
  • Do NOT expect big retail like prompt communication because we are a small team and we make every order with love, precision and care.
  • Sometimes workshop is overloaded with custom cat projects, that time the timeline delay will be communicated
  • Cancellation is possible only if there is duplication of an order due to system.
